About Us

JoinTheLeaders is a registered non-profit and non-partisan organization that promotes the national network of Korean young professionals in North America. The organization strives to become the hub between other fellow Korean organizations in North America and further in South Korea. Currently, we are officially sponsored by Overseas Koreans Foundation, an affiliation of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Republic of Korea.

Our Missions

1. We will encourage aspiring individuals to develop leadership skills by providing roadmaps, mentorships, and opportunities to network.
2. We will seek for opportunities to foster partnership with fellow organizations by working in conjunction and supporting them

Our Values

- Learn: We will constantly learn and research on leadership skills and people who possess those traits to acquire and distribute the lessons and knowledge.
- Network: We understand that continuous expansion of individuals’ network is important.
- Respect: We respect fellow organizations’ contributions to Korean communities.
- Collaborate: We value the importance of working with other organizations by sharing resources and ideas for the growth of Korean communities abroad.

JoinTheLeaders는 캐나다 및 북미 한인 차세대 네트워크를 형성하는데 힘쓰는 비영리 단체입니다. 위원회는 미국과 캐나다 전역의 여러 단체, 그리고 한국의 단체들사이의 연결고리가 되는 그룹이 되려고 노력하고 있습니다. 저희는 북미 한인 공동체들의 상호협력을 이끌어낼 수 있고 잠재력이 풍부한 젊은 한인 차세대 리더들을 발굴하여, 성장하는데 도움과 기회를 제공하는것이 주 목적입니다. 위원회는 현재 한국 외교 통상부 산하 재외동포재단 (Overseas Koreans Foundation) 의 공식적인 후원을 받고 있습니다.
